Bridges To Permanency, LLC was established in 2021 to be a positive impact on our community by establishing quality foster homes to care for children placed in the care of DFPS.
The goal for our organization is to help children in care reach their permanency, through foster care, adoption or long-term family care.
We are an experienced staff of individuals who have over 30 combined years of serving children in our community.
Our Focus
We focus on ensuring children in care receive nurturing care by providing extensive training to our foster/adoptive parents and by working with community partners to provide additional resources to families and children in care.
Our goal is to help guide each child that we serve to his/her permanency: Because every child matters.
We understand the need to support the families we have worked with because our staff has served as foster families.
